The protection of your personal data is of particular concern to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the statutory provisions (DSGVO, BDSG). In this data protection information, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within the scope of our website.
General Data Collection During Access
We collect a series of general data and information with each call of the website by a data subject or an automated system. This general data and information is stored in the log files of the server. Collected are:
- an Internet protocol address (IP address),
- the date and time of access to the website,
- the exact sub-page that was accessed on our website
- the Internet page from which you have accessed our Internet page (so-called referrer),
- the browser used and its version,
- and the operating system used for access.
The aforementioned data are processed by us for the following purposes:
- to ensure a smooth connection setup of the Internet page,
- to optimize the content of our website for you
- and to ensure system security and stability.
These points are in your and our legitimate interest. In addition, we may also use this data to comply with our legal obligations to cooperate with law enforcement authorities. In no case do we use the collected data for the purpose of drawing conclusions about your person. The legal basis for data processing is Article 6 (1) lit. f DSGVO. The storage period of these log files is 2 months.
Contact by E-Mail, Phone or Mail
To enable us to respond to your concerns at any time, we also process personal data when you contact us by e-mail, telephone or post. The data processing includes only such data that you provide to us when contacting us, in particular name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and other personal data that may be included in the description of your request. We store this data in any case for the duration of the processing of your request. In particular, if the contact is made within the framework of an existing contractual relationship or if a new contractual relationship arises as a result, we store this data in addition for the duration of the existing documentation and retention obligations.
During this time, we will not pass on the data provided when contacting us to third parties without authorization under any circumstances. The legal basis for data processing is a legitimate interest in communicating with potential new customers (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO), your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO) and, if the contact is made within the framework of an existing contractual relationship or a new contractual relationship arises as a result, the need to fulfill a contract (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO) or a legal obligation (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c DSGVO).
Contact Form, Schedule First-Meeting, Online Application
If you contact us by form on the website or by e-mail, or if you apply, we store the data you provide, as well as the general data described above. By using our form, you consent to the processing of your data. We do not pass on the data to third parties and use the data exclusively to process the contact and to answer the respective inquiry. In the case of contact by e-mail, the processing of the contact also constitutes the necessary legitimate interest in the processing of the data. The legal basis for the processing of the data is Article 6 (1) a DSGVO if the user has given his consent. The legal basis for the processing of data transmitted in the course of sending an e-mail is Article 6 (1) lit. f DSGVO. The data transmitted to us in the course of contacting us will be deleted as soon as they are no longer required to achieve the aforementioned purpose. As far as the personal data from the contact form and the data sent by e-mail are concerned, this is the case as soon as the respective conversation has ended. This in turn is the case as soon as the circumstances of the matter have been conclusively clarified. Insofar as the contact is also aimed at the conclusion of a contract, a further legal basis is Article 6 (1) lit. b DSGVO. In this case, we keep your inquiry as a business letter for 7 years.
Founder Check
If you use our Founder Check, we collect your name, email address, telephone number and postal address in order to send you your personal evaluation and offer you advice on your start-up as a pre-contractual measure. The legal basis is thus Article 6 (1) lit. b DSGVO. As a business letter, we keep the data with us for 7 years. We do not pass on this data without your consent.
Newsletter
You have the option to subscribe to our newsletter via our website. For this, we require your e-mail address and your consent that you agree to receive the newsletter.
Without providing the mandatory information, you will not receive a newsletter from us. This does not apply to the non-provision of voluntary information, which only results in you not being addressed personally in the respective newsletter.
For the registration to our newsletter we use the so-called double opt-in procedure. This means that as soon as you have registered for the newsletter, we will send you a confirmation e-mail with a link to confirm your registration. If you do not confirm your registration within 24 hours, your data will be automatically deleted. The purpose of this procedure is to prove that you have registered to receive the newsletter and, if necessary, to clarify any possible misuse of your personal data. After your confirmation, we store your e-mail address, IP address, registration date and time and all voluntary information for the purpose of sending the newsletter. The legal basis is Article 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO.
You can revoke your consent to the sending of the newsletter at any time and unsubscribe from the newsletter without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent up to the revocation. You can declare the revocation by clicking on the link provided in each newsletter e-mail or by sending a message to the contact details provided in the imprint. We keep your data with us for as long as the subscription is active. We do not share this data without your consent.
Your Rights
You are generally entitled to the rights of information, correction or deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, revocation and objection to processing. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or your data protection rights have otherwise been violated in some way, you can complain to the supervisory authority. A list of the competent supervisory authorities by federal state can be found at www.datenschutz-wiki.de.
Further information on your rights can be found, among other places, on the website of the BFDI - The Federal Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
